8. Program Description
Elite Assist Solutions LLC (“Elite Assist Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers one-time and recurring text messaging programs (the “SMS Program”) to provide alerts, updates, scheduling/appointment information, account and transactional notices, security/authentication codes, promotions, and customer support messages. Message types and volume may vary by user and program enrollment.
Enrollment & Consent
By enrolling in the SMS Program, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Elite Assist Solutions at the mobile number you provide. Enrollment can occur when you:
Check a consent box or submit a form on our Site authorizing SMS;
Text a designated keyword to our number(s);
Provide your number during a purchase, service request, or account setup and separately agree to receive texts; or
Sign a paper or electronic agreement that includes SMS consent.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may receive messages via a toll-free number, 10DLC (10-digit long code), or short code. Automated technology may be used.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by user and program. You may receive recurring messages (e.g., reminders, alerts, promotions) and/or one-time messages (e.g., verification codes). We may adjust frequency to deliver critical account communications (e.g., appointment changes, fraud/security alerts).
Cost & Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network coverage and device compatibility. The SMS Program is supported by major U.S. carriers, but participation may vary by carrier.
Opt-Out / Stop Instructions
You can opt out at any time:
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that specific program.
If you receive messages via multiple numbers/programs, reply STOP ALL to end all Elite Assist Solutions text communications to your number.
After you text STOP (or STOP ALL), you may receive a final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected] or +1 (855) 927-1469. We’ll respond during normal business hours. Please do not include sensitive information in SMS; use our secure support channels for account-specific issues.
Managing Your Number
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to promptly update your account or notify us so we can stop texting the old number. Your mobile carrier may recycle numbers; if you begin receiving messages intended for someone else, reply STOP and contact us at the email above.
Supported Keywords
START / UNSTOP – Re-subscribe after opting out (where supported).
HELP – Get assistance or links to program info.
STOP / STOP ALL – Opt out from a specific program or all programs.
Other keywords may be offered for specific campaigns and will be described where applicable.
Types of Messages
Transactional & Account: order confirmations, receipts, scheduling/appointment reminders, service updates, password resets/OTP codes, billing notices.
Customer Support: follow-ups, troubleshooting prompts, satisfaction checks.
Marketing (with consent): promotions, new services, limited-time offers, event invitations.
If you enroll for transactional messages only, you will not receive marketing texts unless you separately opt in.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see the “Privacy and Data Collection” section). SMS content may be processed by our service providers solely to deliver and support the SMS Program. We do not sell your mobile number.
Eligibility & Devices
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. A text-capable device with a supported carrier plan is required. MMS may be used; if your device or carrier does not support MMS, we may send SMS alternatives (e.g., links).
Availability & Interruptions
Message delivery may be delayed or fail due to carrier/network issues, device settings, or geographic/roaming limitations. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or security of communications over carrier networks.
Changes to the SMS Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS Program—or these SMS terms—at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site and/or by text. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
Opt-In Records & Compliance
We maintain records of your consent (e.g., time/date, form, keyword). We endeavor to comply with applicable laws and industry guidelines, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA best practices.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues or disputes amicably.
Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
